Olive ridley turtles have typical heart-shaped shells which may appear reddish due to algal growth. They are small sea turtles reaching only 2 feet long. They prefer warm tropical oceans and shallow marine water. Their diet is made of jellyfish, snails, crabs, shrimp and sometimes algae and seaweed. They live for 50 years.
