Tommy was a big dog. His master always loved him. But one day when he saw his master bringing home a small puppy, he was very annoyed. He showed his displeasure by barking at him.“Tommy, don’t get upset. I’ve got a friend for you.” said his master. Tommy felt very jealous. He kept himself away from the little puppy. But the puppy followed him wherever he went. He used to lick Tommy. Tommy got angry and barked at him. One day, the puppy playfully jumped over Tommy. Tommy hit him hard on his hind leg. The poor puppy cried in pain. Their master scolded Tommy and bandaged the puppy’s sore leg. Tommy felt guilty. He licked the puppy with love. The puppy gave Tommy a big hug. They both became friends.
