Usually, tigons weigh around 180 kilograms. Tigons can exhibit visible characteristics from both parents, they can have both spots from the mother and stripes from the father. Usually they have orange-yellow coats with stripes or spots, white bellies, face structures like lion. A male tigon may have a mane which is less noticeable than a lion’s and closer to that of a tiger. The tigon is not currently so common as the liger, and like ligers it does not exist in the wild.
