The Pink Beach is a beach on the island of Budelli, in Sardinia, Italy. One of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean Sea, Budelli is popular for its Spiaggia Rosa or ‘pink beach’. White sandy beaches are beautiful, but common. The Pink Beach actually boasts of a gorgeous blush pink hue that is a result of microscopic fragments of corals and shells. The turquoise waters, lush green vegetation, deep blue skies and purplish rocks beautifully offset the pink sands, making it truly a magnificent site.
