Interesting fact : It is also called ‘mouth with legs’ as the mouth seems to cover the entire front half of the body.

Conservation status : Near Threatened

True to its name, the ornate frog is a colourful frog that is bright green with red or brown blotches. The skin fold on the eyes looks like horns. They have teeth on the roof of their mouths and outside the lower jaws and eat anything that comes their way from large insects to lizards and other frogs.
