Kraton’s Labyrinth

Once upon a time, a horrible beast named Kraton lived in a huge labyrinth of tunnels created by the great magicians. It was a magic labyrinth with only one entrance and exit that changed its position every day. Every day, he killed a person and destroyed lots of property.
One day, a wicked man named Jafa came to live in the city. His only desire was to rule over the people. When he heard about Kraton, he decided to free him to help him with his plans. So, he travelled to the great mountains accompanied by all his slaves. After travelling a whole day, they reached the mountain. Jafa ordered his slaves to enter in. They were so afraid of their master that they soon found the entrance to the labyrinth. There was a wise man among the slaves who found out how to know the location of the exit from outside.

When Jafa was about to enter the labyrinth, the wise man explained to him the system. He said, “My Lord, I want to tell you a very important thing. When you exit from the labyrinth, you should wait till night. Be sure not to come out during daylight… .” Jafa was not ready to hear anything else as he was very excited to go inside. He quickly entered the labyrinth without listening. He started calling the beast. “I would free you from this labyrinth if, in return, you would be at my service, terrorising the people,” cried Jafa. The monster accepted the proposal as he wanted to escape from the labyrinth and wreak his revenge. He shouted but Jafa could only hear a voice from some distance. He tried to find Kraton but he failed.
After several days, Jafa and Kraton found each other in the middle of the labyrinth. It was the darkest area of the cave and there, they set their terrible deal. Following the system recommended by Jafa’s slave, they soon found the way out. But there was a bright sunlight at the exit. Jafa remembered his slave’s words and sat down to wait, but the monster didn’t want to wait any more.

Kraton rushed out of the labyrinth. Just then, Jafa heard Kraton’s horrible shouts of pain. Though he still remembered his slave’s words, he also ran out of the labyrinth to see what had happened to Kraton. At the exit, the wise man had placed a thousand of mirrors to light up the spot. The sunlight and the light of those thousand mirrors entered Jafa’s eyes and he became blind. The same thing happened with Kraton moments ago. They were punished to live a life of darkness.
