Gogi Bear was a very curious bear. One day, Gogi Bear was eating lunch with his grandmother. Suddenly a question came to his mind. He asked her, “Grandma, why do I have such sharp claws?” Grandma replied, “To help you find food.” Gogi was surprised and asked, “But you told me I have my nose for that.” Grandma replied, “Well, sometimes your nose takes you to food, but you still have to work to get it.” She took Gogi Bear to the forest. She told Gogi, “Follow your nose.” Gogi Bear started to follow his nose. He stopped to look at a tree. “I can smell food though I cannot see it,” he said. Grandma told him, “Use your claws.” Gogi Bear dug his sharp claws into the wood. He broke off a small part and screamed, “Ants! Grandma, we have found lunch.” Grandma was happy.
