Nick was travelling through the African rainforest, when he was caught by a tribe. They tied him up and started dancing around a bonfire. It seemed like they were preparing for a sacrifice of some sort. As they danced, they would look at the moon, then come up to Nick and smear him with some colour. Then he finally understood–he was a sacrifice to the Moon-goddess! Nick tried to strain against the rope around his arms and legs, but it was tied securely. Four hefty men carried him to chop his head. They were just about to kill him, when there was a loud cry and the people started pointing towards the sky. A dark shadow was moving across the face of the moon–it was an eclipse! Fortunately for Nick, the tribals thought this was the Moon-goddess’s way of saying that she did not want the sacrifice! Now he was safe!
