Conservation status : Not Assessed This largest anole is a brilliant green colour. The male has a pink fold of skin under the throat and yellow markings on head and shoulders. They can change colour with their moods. Strictly tree-dwellers, they are adapted with long claws and sticky toe pads. Active by day, they eat other anoles, insects and lizards.
