Battle of the Queens or Combat de reines is a cow-fighting tournament that is held in the Alps.

The battle of the queens is an annual festival where cows in different weight categories. Overall, the cows are divided into 6 weight categories. After which, each cow has its horns blunted so that it may not injure the other cows but simply push them away. These duels typically last for 40 minutes. If the cow walks away, it is eliminated.
