All the animals of the forest decided to go for the picnic on a pleasant spring day. Soon they gathered with their food and the picnic basket was full of eatables. They set off towards the meadow. They came across a stream. The fox suggested to climb the fallen log that had fallen across the stream. All the animals were pleased with the idea and they quickly started going across the stream through the log. The fox, rabbits and porcupine reached first. But they were surprised to find there the chipmunks who had already reached with the basket and had laid out the picnic. The chipmunks had scampered through the hollow log with the picnic basket. The rabbit congratulated them for their clever-ness. All the animals enjoyed their picnic and came back home through the hollow log safely.
