Stacy and Ted were excited as it was their birthday that day. The whole class had gathered to celebrate their birthday. Their mothers brought the cakes in the school. The teachers helped them in laying them on the table. There were other things to eat as well like sandwiches, biscuits and fruit juice to drink. All sang the birthday song for Stacy and Ted. Suddenly, they heard someone crying. It was Tina. She said, “I have a toothache. I can’t eat the cake.” Greedy Mat said, “Oh, don’t worry! I will eat your share.” The teacher scolded Mat for saying this. So, Mat hurriedly said, “Oh! We can pack up her share so that she may eat it when she goes home.” The teacher smiled and patted Mat for his good suggestion.
