Once, there was a mouse named Lippy. She used to live with her mother. Lippy loved her mother a lot. But she was always up to some antics. O‑ne day, she fell down while climbing a tree. She ran to her mother and said, “Give me a hug!” Mother immediately hugged her. Lippy at once felt better. Another day, Lippy lost her favourite toy. She ran downstairs to her mother and said, “Give me a hug!” And her mother did so. She hugged Lippy tightly. Lippy was cheerful again. One evening, Lippy came running to her mother when she was cooking and said, “Give me a hug!” Mother was puzzled and asked, “What has happened now?” Lippy laughed out and said, “Nothing Mother! I am fine. It is just that your hug makes my day!” Mother was too emotional to say anything and hugged Lippy once again.
