The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the world. It is about 195 km away from Delhi. It is built on the banks of River Yamuna. It is made of pure white marble. It is often called ‘Dream in Marble’. Many foreign tourists come to visit it daily. It is the honour and pride of India. Shah Jahan got it built in memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. In moonlight, its beauty increases manifold. Last month, I happened to visit the Taj Mahal. We were six members. We went there by road. It was an exciting journey to this wonderful monument.
