Hatim once again took to the road. He travelled for many days and came upon the gates of a big city. Here, he met an old man, who greeted him and asked him the reason for traveling alone. Hatim told him the story of Husna Bano and Munir, and told him that he was in his last mission to uncover the mysteries of the Bath of Badgard. The old man warned him not to pursue the mission. He told him that no one had ever returned from the Bath and none knew what happened to them. Hatim refused, as he had to fulfil his promise. So, finally, the old man instructed Hatim, “When you reach the forked road to go to the city of Katan, take the right road; it is long but safe. From here, you can only move further to the high mountains, where the Bath is located, with the permission of the king. May you be the first to tell us about the mysteries of the Bath!”
