Once upon a time, there was a boy called Robin. He was a very lazy boy. He never used to do things on time and always delayed them. One day, his mother said to him, “Robin, switch off the gas.” Robin delayed going and when he did, the milk had boiled over. One day, his father said to him, “Son, time is valuable. One should always do things on time.” Robin did hear him but kept quiet. One day, he came to know that he had won the first prize in a quiz competition that he had participated in. He was asked to collect the prize the same day. But Robin did not go. He went to collect the prize the next day. But the prize had become useless, for it was a ticket to a magic show, which was held the previous day. Robin realized his mistake and learnt his lesson.
Moral: Do not delay doing things.
