“To whom do you want to write?” asked Raman. “To my friend in Baghdad,” said the man. “Sorry,” said Raman, “I have no time to go to Baghdad.” “Who is asking you to go to Baghdad?” asked his neighbour. “All I want you to do is write a letter for me.” “I know,” said Raman .
“But my handwriting is so bad that no one there will be able to read my writing and finally, he will send for me. And as I’ve told you I’ve no time to go to Baghdad.”
Listening to the words of Tenali the neighbour felt perplexed. He was in the horns of dilemma. He didn’t know what to do. So, quietly he left the place and returned to his house.
