The River of Flowers is situated in Keukenhof (or Kitchen Garden) in Holland. Keukenhof is known as the Garden of Europe because of the 7 million flower bulbs that are planted annually in the 79 acres of land. From water gardens with shrubs and perennials to nature gardens and Japanese country gardens, there are many types of traditional as well as non-traditional gardens located throughout the area and are beautifully displayed annually in the Flower Parade held in April.
