Prince Harold was a meddlesome fellow. He would try to interfere in everyone’s work and this created a lot of trouble for the people in the palace. One day, he tried to shoe a horse and it bolted out of fright. Everyone in the stable had to run to catch him. Another time, he got into the kitchen and offered to help make a chocolate cake. As a result, there was complete chaos in the kitchen and the cook ran away! When Prince Harold arrived at the carpenter’s workshop, the carpenter decided to teach the prince a lesson. “Come in,” he said cordially and gave him a little wooden chair to sit on. Prince Harold sat down, unaware that there was gum on the seat! When he wanted to do something, he found himself stuck. Prince Harold forced himself up and tore his trousers! He ran to his room and never interfered in anyone’s work after that!
