My best friend (Essay Writing)

By nature a man seeks companionship being a social animal. A child seeks chums, kid needs buddies, student desires mates, teenager needs pals, youngman wants bosom friends and an adult depends on old fellows. A man can not become friends with everyone he meets. Real friendship is also like love, a work of chemistry. A student has roomful of classfellows but only one or two get drawn to him. The essential condition of friendship is that there should be natural affinity, harmony of temperament, tastes and mindsets. The association and interaction helps the mind find out the friendship worthy candidate. The two compatible characters come together and stay together for a long time or forever as friends.
I have also met several boys, tried them and found that Monty was made for me and I for him. Our friendship was struck and it is grooming stronger ever. Monty is a nice boy, a charming character and possesses an adorable personality. He bears a good moral character and has winning manners. He is a son of educated and well to do parents. His mother is a lawyer and father a popular professor of university. Thus, Monty has been brought up in a very academic and healthy environment. His mother has fought several lawsuits, related to abuse of the rights of children.
Monty loves his parents and he is a vary obedient son. His parents love him very much and they see to it that he suffers from no wants. They treat me also as their own son. I respect them very much. The teachers also consider Monty to be a good and promising boy. I know he is. He is the only child of his parents and my only true friend. We play together, study together and sit together in the class. We two really enjoy eating our lunch together in recess time at school. We look forward it.

Monty is brilliant in his studies. The teachers always give his example to other boys. His company has benefited me also. My studies have improved dramatically since we became friends. We do our homework together alternately at our respective houses. My parents also adore Monty. It is clear that Monty stands first in our class. He speaks good English and writes better. My spoken English has also picked up as we talk a lot. He has won many prizes in debates and spelling competitions. I take part in plays and have won awards to his delight.
Monty is a good chess player as well. He leads our school team in inter-school competitions. I play cricket and captain the school team. I play better when I notice him in the stands cheering for me. We both take morning walks to the nearby park where Monty does his yoga while I run three rounds of the park. Then, we talk for some time and break up to prepare for the school. Our talk in park wears around squirrels and pet dogs brought by the people in the park. My friend is an animal lover. He knows so much about wild life. It was on his suggestion that I started watching Discovery and National Geographic channels. For that I am grateful to him. I tell him about acting and cricket. There is so much we learn from each other. I am proud of my Monty and pray to God that our bonds of friendship may grow stronger. So simple, honest and sincere he is that I wish to make him integral part of my life for ever.
