Juniper, the dwarf, was a very angry young man. He was very touchy and always found something wrong with everything. So, everyone around him was too scared or irritated to talk to him. This made him angrier than ever. One day, a stranger came to town. His name was Bockbere. He did not know about Juniper’s problems. He saw Juniper at the Houndstooth Inn. Juniper was glowering over a cup of tea. “Hello!” said Bockbere, “It looks like you are not enjoying your tea!” Bockbere tried to joke with Juniper. Juniper felt his temper rising. “No!” he shouted, “that’s why I am dumping it on you!” He threw the tea cup at the shocked Bockbere. Suddenly, there was a loud booming noise! The stranger turned into a frightening wizard. He raised his right hand and touched Juniper’s head and Juniper disappeared! The stranger turned to the onlookers, “Mind your anger,” he told them, “or you too shall disappear!”
