The Ice Hotel, famously known as Sorrisniva or the Igloo Hotel, is located in Alta, Norway. The Ice Hotel is not only the largest ice hotel in Norway but also the world’s northernmost ice hotel. As the name suggests, the hotel’s exteriors as well as interiors are made of ice, including 30 rooms, suites, ice gallery and chapel. The silence felt throughout this ice structure permeates throughout the hotel.
