Once upon a time, a bear went to the river fishing. As he was fishing, he noticed a huge trunk lying on the river banks. The bear, out of curiosity, opened the trunk. To his delight, the trunk was full of lovely colourful clothes. He quickly took out a shirt, a hat, a tie and a white coat, and wore them. A monkey saw him and asked, “From where did you get these clothes?” The bear showed him the trunk full of clothes. Soon word spread and all the animals gathered around the bear. Each wanted something to wear. Soon, a fight broke out. They snatched, pulled, grabbed and scratched. All the clothes in the trunk were torn into pieces and none had anything to wear. The bear shouted, “See what you all have done. Now there are no clothes for anyone.” The animals could only stare in dismay as the bear walked away.
Moral: Fighting only leads to loss.
