Once upon a time, there was a girl named Patsy. One day, her mother said to her, “Patsy, please get me some eggs from the grocery shop.” So, off went Patsy to the grocery shop. As the shopkeeper was busy with the other customers, Patsy glanced around the shop. She saw a jar full of toffees. Quickly, she slid her hand inside the jar and stole some toffees. When she got home, her mother asked, “From where did you get the toffees?” Patsy told her the truth. Her mother said, “It’s bad to steal. The shopkeeper might not be looking at you but God is always looking at you. So, one should never steal.” Patsy said, “I am sorry, Mother. I will return the toffees to the shopkeeper.” So, off she went to the shop. The shopkeeper was happy at her honesty and gave her some toffees as a reward.
