Zuva lived in a village in Zimbabwe. She loved to play with her baby brother. She would often take him outside their hut and play with him. One day, the two of them were playing. Her brother was feeling hungry, so she went in to get some food for him. When she came out, she was shocked to see a lion near their hut. It was very close to where her brother was playing. Zuva did not know what to do. She was afraid that the lion might attack her brother, if she made any sudden noise. Suddenly, she saw the lion moving closer to her brother. Zuva threw caution to the wind and ran out, shouting at the top of her voice. The lion turned towards her with a roar. Zuva threw the hot porridge in her hands on the lion’s face and ran to save her brother.
