Daisies were blooming all over the meadow. Butterflies flitted over them. Among them was a little fairy named Daisy! She was the Fairy Princess of Daisies and had come looking for a mate! But Daisy found that she was the only fairy there. “What happened to all the daisy fairies?” she wondered aloud. Suddenly, many of the butterflies were changed into fairies! And among them was a very handsome young Fairy Prince too! “I’m the Fairy Prince of Daffodils, Daisy,” he said, “My name is Daffy. I have come all the way to the meadow of daisies, for I have heard how wonderful you are!” Daisy was quite charmed with the Fairy Prince and said, “If you visit my family here, I’ll marry you!” And a beautiful wedding took place with the fairies weaving the garlands of daisies and daffodils! And the Fairy Princess flew off with Fairy Prince!
