Prince Percival was disliked by everyone because he was very cruel and wicked. He got people punished and beaten for petty faults and killed animals. One day in the forest, he saw a beautiful doe and began to chase her. The doe ran swiftly and entered a hut. Prince Percival knocked at the door. It was opened by a beautiful young girl. He asked her about the doe. “But there’s no doe,” she replied. The prince searched all over the hut and around, but didn’t find the doe. He began to come there every day and hide, trying to find out the mystery. One day, he saw the doe coming to the hut and transform into the pretty girl! He came out and asked her who she was. “I am the fairy of this forest and protect all creatures.” The prince never killed or hurt anyone after that, for he married the fairy!
