Once, Lallan told Sheikh that the nearby mango garden had a lot of mangoes. Sheikh went to steal the mangoes upon Lallan’s suggestion. The gardener saw Sheikh on a mango tree and as a punishment, he burnt fire under the tree. To save himself, Sheikh jumped down and ran, with the gardener chasing him with a stick. Sheikh was too swift for the gardener, so he left him far behind. But by mistake, he kicked a stone on a dog’s face, that was sleeping near by. The enraged dog sprinted after Sheikh, growling ferociously. Sheikh ran as fast as he could. He leaped on to a tree to escape the dog. The tree branch had a beehive which had got disturbed by Sheikh’s leap. Numerous bees attacked Sheikh. They stung him all over, so he jumped into a well. People saved him from the well, on hearing his cries. When he reached home all swollen, his mother was aghast. Sheikh said it was all because of Lallan!
