Larry was a little boy. He played with imaginary fairies and elves. He longed to find a real fairy or elf but could not! On Christmas, Larry sat alone in his moonlit garden. The trees swayed in the gentle breeze. Slowly, Larry’s eyes wandered to the flower. Suddenly, he saw tiny green lights gleaming near the flowerbeds. Larry became curious. He hid behind a tree and watched. He was surprised to see that the green lights were elves, glowing in the dark. The elves were talking and laughing excitedly. Larry got excited, too, but stood quietly. Soon, some fairies arrived and a party began. There was singing, chatting and laughing. The elves and the fairies danced in the moonlight. When it was midnight, all of them vanished. Larry was happy to finally see real fairies and elves. It was the best Christmas for him, for his wish had come true!
