Once, there was a goat named Kiya who lived with her father and mother goat. She used to go to a nearby jungle school. Kiya had no friend and sibling, with whom she could share her feelings. So she felt dejected and kept crying. Kiya often roamed on the mountain in search of a friend. One day, when she went to the river and saw a small goat in the water, he bleated joyfully, “Would you be my friend?” The fish in the river laughed aloud, “You stupid goat, that’s your reflection you’re talking to!” Kiya was surprised.
While walking back home, tears welled up in her eyes and he thought, ‘I am so unlucky; I don’t have any friend or any siblings.’ As soon as she reached home, his father hugged him tight. “Welcome Kiya, see what we have here for you!” Kiya hurriedly went to the backyard and saw a little white goat lying beside his mother. “That’s your sister!” exclaimed her mother. Kiya bleated happily, “I will never be lonely again.”
