Once, there lived a poor young girl named Alice. Her parents went out to work and she did all the housework. She had no time to attend school. One night, Alice prayed to her guardian angel. She sent a pixie to help Alice and said, “Don’t leave your clothes outside. He will wear them and vanish.” Soon, life became easier for Alice. The pixie did all the housework. Now, Alice could attend the school. One day, Alice left her blouse on the chair and went to school. When she came back, the pixie was gone. Now she wept. Her guardian angel appeared and said, “You were careless. I can’t bring the elf back. But I can make you better at work.” She touched Alice’s forehead and made her faster at housework. The guardian angel also secretly found her father a good job. Alice and her family lived happily ever after.
