Once there lived a farmer. He was too greedy. One day he was digging up the ground to sow seeds, that he saw a diamond lying on the mud. He was overjoyed after getting it. He kept it in pocket. But the farmer was greedy. He was not contended with one diamond. He wanted more diamonds. He started digging up the ground to deeper level. He kept on digging more and more. He could not find anything inside the ground. At last he thought of going home. He searched the diamond in his pocket. Now there was no diamond in the pocket. He has lost the diamond. He went on repenting for his foolishness. He has lost a precious diamond due to greed.
Moral : Never be greedy in your life.
