The Goblins and the Bear

The birds living on blue mountain were in a lot of trouble. A group of goblins had invaded their mountain home. They would fly through magic and eat the birds. The scared birds went to the queen of the forest and begged her for help. She asked the bear, her advisor, to help the birds. The bear knew goblins hated fire because it burnt away their magical powers. He went to the goblins’ cave and lit a huge fire outside it. The fire burnt the magic power of the goblins. After that, the bear easily chased the goblins away. They promised never to harm the birds and went far away. The happy and grateful birds asked the bear, “What can we do for you?” “I love honey. Guide me to the honey bees’ nests,” said the bear. Thereafter, the birds made sure that the bear had an unending supply of honey.
