Evan came to stay in the hostel of his school in class V. He was young and nervous but courageous. The seniors in the hostel enjoyed scaring the new boys. One day, a senior pointed out from the hostel window, and asked the new boys, “Can you see that dark big tree? A ghost lives on that tree.” It was dark in the night, so everyone was scared. Evan also felt a little fearful but curiosity got over his fear. He became so curious that he wanted to go close to the tree to find out the truth. Then the senior warned the new boys not to go near that tree in the night. Evan was awake when everyone slept in the night. Slowly and carefully, he went to that tree near the hostel with a torch in his hand. He lighted the torch but saw nothing on the tree. He did not fear ghosts any more.
