Tom, Jim, Richard and Stephen lived on an island in the Pacific Ocean. They were very good friends since childhood. One day, they realised that their island was sinking into the sea. So, they decided to build boats and leave the island. All of them started collecting wood for making their boats. They collected a lot of food for the journey. Stephen was very ill and could not build a boat for himself. So he asked Tom and Jim, “Can I come in your boats?” Tom and Jim said, “Our boats are full of food for the journey. If we let you come, then we will have to throw everything else out. Sorry, Stephen, we cannot take you in our boats.” Richard called out to Stephen and said, “Stephen, you can come with me; do not worry.” And he built a larger boat so that both Stephen and he might travel safely! Stephen thanked him and said, “You are my true friend!”
