Sheikh Chilli started working at a wealthy man’s house, taking care of his horse. One day, Sheikh took the horse to a nearby river to drink water. The water near the bank was quite muddy, so Sheikh went further in. The water was very deep in the middle, so Sheikh let go of the horse’s rope and quickly came out. He waited for the horse to follow him, but the horse did no such thing. In fact, it seemed to be struggling in the water and then floated in the opposite direction. Sheikh yelled, “The horse is running away!” and he ran to his master. The master gave a stick to Sheikh to carry and they both ran towards the river. When they reached the river, Sheikh threw the stick into the river to point out to his master from where the horse had run away. The furious master yelled at Sheikh, “You fool! You drowned my horse and now you have thrown away my stick, too!” Of course, Sheikh lost this job too.
