Lack of implementation of laws create lawlessness in the society. Laws are meant to create a peaceful environment and if they are not implemented for the welfare of innocent people, then the society becomes in chaos, as anti-social elements start committing heinous crimes, when the fear of getting caught eliminates.
To bring law and order in the society, firstly, the law makers should frame good laws for the benefit of the people and thereafter judiciary should implement them strictly and immediately without losing time, as delayed justice is similar to punishment and the punishment of torture, harassment should not be given to the innocent people who had done no wrong.
The judges of Indian courts, keep on transferring cases all the time without any rhyme and reason and thus torture people whose cases keep on lingering for years together. This is a great torture for poor people. The judges must keep themselves on their position and see their plight what will happen if judges suffer like them.
Some judges have killed their conscience. They think they have become Supreme. No one can do anything to them. It’s not right. Their way of thinking is wrong. They are not God, they are human beings.
Anyhow it’s not right to say that most of the judges are evil. There are good judges too, who have sympathies for others.
The same arguments are repeatedly heard again and again and thus the case keep on passing on from one judge to another and never ends. It only finishes after the death of the petitioner. Only a few out of hundred people are lucky enough to get justice in their lives, but that too after living a miserable life for years together.
Infact people of India are suffering because firstly there are no good laws framed to eliminate their sufferings and secondly, laws are not implemented to give them justice immediately. The judge can forcefully implement the laws and give them immediate justice by not repeating the arguments, more than twice and by giving short dates to the people.
Not many judges are required to hear the cases if they don’t keep on transferring the case from one judge to another, and don’t allow the petitioner and respondent to repeat the once heard arguments again and give very short dates to give their decision in favour of the right party. Strict implementation of laws can only give justice to the people.
