Once again, Sheikh Chilli succeeded in getting a job. This time, he got a job in a sweet shop. The owner knew a little about Sheikh. But he gave him a chance on Sheikh Chilli’s mother’s request. He thought of testing him the very first day. He gave a loaf of bread and a tin of butter to Sheikh. He told him, “You can consume both of them, but on two conditions, one, that the size of the bread slices should not reduce, and second, the mouth of the tin should not be opened.” Sheikh very happily took the bread and butter. Then he ate all the slices from the centre, leaving behind the edges like a ring. Then he made a hole at the bottom of the butter tin and consumed the entire butter. Hence the mouth of the tin remained intact. The shopkeeper was impressed at Sheikh’s presence of mind and hired him.
