Once, a teacher lived in a hermitage with his disciple. One day, the disciple was on his way to some place. Before he could reach the place, there was a heavy rainfall and thunderstorm. He went back and asked his teacher what to do. The teacher told him to have full faith in God, as He would save him from all difficulties. The disciple took his teacher’s advice and continued his journey. He kept on chanting the name of God and hence, cleared his journey without any obstacles. Meanwhile, the teacher had to travel on the same road the next day. As he reached a deep drain, he was doubtful whether God would save him or not. While crossing the drain, the teacher tripped, slipped in and was drowned. The teacher did not pay any heed to his own advice.
