Long ago, there lived a family of hawks on a tree in a forest. They made friends with a lion, a kingfisher and a turtle. One day, some hunters came to the forest. They saw the baby hawks and wanted to eat them. They burnt a huge fire for the same. The mother hawk saw this. She told her husband, “Call our friends for help or these hunters will eat our babies.” The father hawk flew away to call his friends. The kingfisher, the tiger and the turtle arrived immediately. The kingfisher saw the burning fire and sprinkled water on the fire with its beak. Then, the turtle put sand on the fire and put it out. After that the lion roared loudly. The hunters got scared of the lion and ran away. The hawks thanked their friends for their timely help. All of them lived happily after that.
