Few people believe the following, but I will assure you it is 100% true. I am the great-great-grandson of a cousin to none other than Doctor John Dolittle; the original “Dr. Dolittle”. Although being a distant relative yet I have acquired the same gift as my great-great-grandpa’s cousin: I can talk to animals.
I converse with certain animals every day. I can tell them about my day; they tell me about theirs, and we may even get into a conversation over what was on Animal Planet the previous night.
Although my gift, on paper, seems rather absurd yet in reality, it is quite normal. Can you think of how I can talk to animals on a regular basis and call it normal?
Answer
By definition, human beings are in the Kingdom Animalia, which means all humans are animals. I personally have the ability to talk and converse with a certain type of animal: the human. I do it every day, as do millions of other people around the world. I’m sure most would agree that talking to humans is quite normal.
