Chris was a well-behaved boy. But when he changed schools, his mother noticed a drastic change in him. She found out that a few boys in his new class were bullies. They enjoyed teasing Chris because he was the new boy in the class. Chris started losing his temper but he never reacted in school. He started screaming and shouting at home. This was affecting his behaviour and studies. One day, Chris’s mom said, “Chris, if you don’t want to talk to me about your anger, I suggest you talk to your school counsellor.” Chris understood that his mother was right and spoke to the counsellor. She suggested him to divert his anger into more positive avenues. So, Chris started writing his feelings in his diary. Soon, he started writing articles in the school magazine, which helped other students, deal with such situations as well. As weeks passed by, Chris realised that he was no longer angry!
