Business circulars are meant for providing information about any change taking place in a particular organisation/establishment. The general public can be informed through the media but the clients/customers have to be informed individually. The circular contains the information which the customer/clients would love to have like all others. Circular should also be effective and friendly in tone and the inside address in each circular, should be given separately.
Circulars can be sent on several occasions, the common once are—change of address, introducing a new product, expansion of a business, opening of a new branch, lockout or other problems, repair, change of business terms or bankers, clearance sales etc.
1. Circular regarding change of address:
