Robin was very popular in his locality, due to her compassionate nature she would keep on giving her money and valuables to the poor and needy people. That was the reason, why she had become popular. Among those needy people, she also used to give the fee of two poor girls in their school. Beside she gave them clothes and money at time. The two girls used to love Robin named Leena and Teena, but were jealous of one-another. They were not only jealous but greedy too. They wanted to snatch away the right of each other. Both of them wished that Robin should give more and more money and things to them, and less and less to other. Leena wanted that Robin should not give Tina anything, but should give Tina’s money and clothes to her and Tina wanted to snatch away the right of Leena. They both became greedy for more and more things. Both of them started fighting with each other and came with complaints to Robin after every sometime. Robin became fed up of their complaints and thought of teaching them a lesson. She stopped paying their fee-money in the school. Now the girls realised their mistake. They apologise to Robin and told her that they would never repeat this mistake again, Robin forgave them and again started loving them like before.
Moral—Greed leads to lust, anger, fights and conflicts. Avarice is the root of all evils.
