Animals

Animals are living beings like us.
There are two types of animals.
Some animals are domestic or pet. Others are wild.
Domestic animals are tame. They help us in our work. Pet animals are kept in homes for company.
Domestic animals live in houses, villages and cities.
Cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep and camels are
domestic animals. They give us milk.
Some animals like camels, oxen, donkeys and
horses are used to carry load and plough fields.
Horses are also used for riding and racing.
We keep dogs, cats, fish and sometimes horses as pets. Wild animals are not tamed by man.
They live in forests. Tigers, lions, alligators, rhinoceroses, bears and cheetahs are wild animals.
We can see some wild animals in zoos. We should love animals. We should be kind to them.
