Prince Andrew was bored and, therefore, he often sulked in his room. “What you need is a hobby, Andrew,” said the queen. “Yes,” agreed the king, “What hobby shall we find for him?” “The point about a hobby is that he must find it himself,” said the queen. “Oh, in that case, you’d better start looking around right away,” said the king and he went off. Prince Andrew had no idea what hobby he would like. So, he rode around the city hoping to find something. Outside a hut he came across an old man whittling a piece of wood. Curious, the prince went to watch the old man. He saw him carving delightful toys. There were even dolls that looked like him and his parents! That day, Prince Andrew found out what his hobby was. He came every day and learnt the art of carving wood from his new master!
