Natika couple sat on the tree waiting for Hatim to wake up. To pass the time, the husband started to recount Hatim’s story for his wife’s benefit. “Hatim is the noblest man alive on this earth. He is here, not for himself, but for his friend. He is worried, because he has to find the pearl that is the size of a Murghab’s egg, but he has no idea as to where to find it. Murghab is also the name of the place where these pearls are found. As he does not know how to find the pearl, I shall direct him. I would also like to warn you that it may not be the best thing for us.” To this, his wife replied, “Nothing is more noble than being able to serve others. For, in the end, we too reap the benefit in the form of God’s blessings.” Thus the couple made their decision.
