Once upon a time, there was a rich and handsome prince. But he was very rude and selfish. The king warned him time and again, but to no avail. One day, the prince was walking in the marketplace, ignoring and mistreating poor people on the street. Right then, a man came riding on a black horse and kidnapped the prince. He took the prince to a deserted place and said, “From today you will beg for me.” The kidnapper gave the prince rags to wear and left him on the street. Nobody gave him food or water. The prince now understood his mistake. He sat in a corner and cried. When he looked up, he saw his father. The king said, “Dear son, now that you have learnt your lesson, you are ready to be the king.” The prince grew up to be the kindest king.
