Once upon a time, there lived a boy called Billy. He was mischievous and did not follow any rules. There was a magical fruit tree in Billy’s village. Whenever the tree dropped fruit, the villagers collected it. But, they never plucked it from the tree. One day, Billy climbed the tree and plucked a juicy apple. But as soon as he did that, the tree’s branches caught hold of Billy tightly. Suddenly, the spirit of the tree appeared before him. It said to him, “You can only eat the fallen fruits. If you cannot respect the rules of others then you have no right to live!” Billy was frightened. He cried and begged for forgiveness. The spirit understood that Billy had learnt his lesson. The spirit of the tree kept Billy down gently and gave him an apple to eat. Billy never troubled anyone after that day.
