Sheikh Chilli was sent to the market to buy some groceries for the kitchen. Meanwhile, he saw Hakimji walking quickly on the street. He rushed towards Hakimji and asked if he could accompany him. Hakimji agreed. When Hakimji and Sheikh reached the first patient’s house, they saw a child crying loudly, holding his stomach. Hakimji checked his stomach and asked his mother not to let the child eat raw guavas. He also gave her some medicines. When they were back on the street, Sheikh asked Hakimji how he could diagnose that the boy had eaten raw guavas. Hakimji replied that he saw seeds and pieces of raw guavas under the boy’s bed. Now they visited another patient. The moment they entered that patient’s house, Sheikh bent down on his knees to see under the bed. He saw one rubber chappal lying under it. He rose up and said, “Madam, do not let your husband eat rubber chappals. This is the reason he fell ill.” And everyone present in the room was shocked except Hakimji, as he knew the actual reason behind Sheikh’s diagnosis!
